Great service rep (Tim) that completed the job at our home. Great attention to detail and took the time to address problem areas (stains) on the rugs. Also careful about using corner guards and shoe guards. Tim is a hard worker - we'll have him back again for the remaining carpeted areas of our home!

Although I would and have recommended your company to others, this is the first time I have not been satisfied with the cleaning. When the tech completed the cleaning, the carpets looked great. But, since the carpets have dried, the carpet still looks dirty. Stains are still present and I don't believe he moved any of the furniture (at least in the living room)when he cleaned that room. The tech did a good job on the pet stains, but my carpet still does not look like I just paid $300.00 to get it cleaned.

Our carpets are very clean and smell great as a pet deodorizer was used as we have 3 medium to large dogs in our household. Our technician, Tim Kranz, was very polite, courteous and arrived on time. In fact, last year Tim had cleaned our carpets and was happy to have him back again!

Our condo association has the floors cleaned about 1-2 times a year. Access is provided so no one has to be there to open and/or lock up when the job is completed. The area being cleaned is always put back with the tables and chairs in the same location. And the floor looks great!
