Great customer service from our technician Tim. He walked trough our home and evaluated any stains upon arrival and informed me of what order he would clean each area. He was very willing to clean areas not included in my original appointment. He was friendly and respectful of our home. He shared services that Zerorez provides in an informative way, never trying to push additional costs not wanted. Our carpets feel and look great.
