I LOVE that I don't have to worry about crazy chemicals with zerorez. The technician who came out was really polite and put me at ease (it's hard sometimes to have someone come into your home, but I had no worries as soon as I heard his voice on the phone). My 13-year-old carpets look seriously like new. Amazing!

The gentleman who did my carpet was confirming I had a house cat. When he was done, he called me again and let me know what he thought of my carpets and put the key were i asked him too. I loved the fact that the furniture left in the room was put on foam pieces so it was not resting on the carpet. this made sense to me in case there is metal screws that could be on the bottom of the furniture and cause rusting on the carpet. thank you.
