I was very pleased with all aspects of the experience. You were prompt in getting back to me via email and phone both for the estimate and prior to our appointment; you anticipated and forwarded info that made it easy for me to notify those who would be affected and delineated what was expected; the technician was on time and professional in his performance; the spots were gone and the carpet was clean again: and finally the carpet dried in a few hours such that we were able to put things back the next morning. The only thing I would ask is we still have a small spot at the office manager's area that was more spoiled and I was wondering if you could see if a second spot clean would get rid of the stain. The invoice has been forwarded to the office and they should send you a check this week. Thanks again,

Zerorez was easy to work with and they did an excellent job on our carpets. The tech was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Our carpets look better than we ever expected them to look again. We will definitely use Zerorez again and recommend them to our friends.

Nothing in particular about the produce because the carpet is old and stains and odors just aren't going to come out all the way I get that. The carpet is obviously cleaner for sure. The technicans are very nice an knowledgeable.
