We had some remodeling completed in our home and because of the construction the carpets got pretty dirty from dust & foot traffic. As a result we had a few spots that needed attention and your product eliminated them. The carpet was dry in a few hours and looks great. I especially like that fact that we received reminders of the upcoming cleaning and the phone call from the technician that he was on the way was especially appreciated. Your technician was timely, friendly and did a great job. I am very happy that we chose Zerorez to clean our carpets.

Customer service is amazing and the products don't leave the carpet feeling soapy or crunchy when it dries. You can walk on it right away which makes my life with 5 kids easier!

The service was easy to schedule and reasonably priced. We love having the work done in the morning and knowing that it will be "walkable" later that day. Most services we've had have taken several days and multiple fans to get it dry.

The person that did our carpets was very detailed and very friendly. I didn't get that creepy feeling when I used had Stanley Steamer previously. I used Zerorez last year and all of the stains came out. This year a few stains came back in my living room and dining room. I was a bit disappointed about that.

Arrived at the early part of the window of time. Very nice and informed young man James cleaned my carpet. Looks better than any other time that I've my carpet cleaned. Offered me scotch guard but wasn't not pushy about it. I accepted the offer. Very pleased. Was happy with how quickly and well done the job was done.
