Work fast. Green. The carpet isn't crunchy. The carpet looked better then when I moved in.

James was terrific, although he tried to clean the vinyl floor in the basement laundry, but you product wasn't able to do that. I used an environmentally safe product, made from Cedar trees. It cleaned things right up. I don't blame James....that man was completely wet from sweat when he left. Did a great job on the carpet!

By the way, and I don't have any affiliation with the company, the name of the product is Bio Green Clean, and I still have the same gallon I bought two years ago. A little goes a long way.

Less chemicals. Online booking. Straight forward pricing. No "surprises".

The carpets looked clean and did not feel sticky. It did take quite a long time to dry though. I had fans on and my steps are still slightly damp. Over all I'm satisfied though.
