I like that Zerorez doesn't use anything other than empowered water to clean. The results are fantanstic! My carpet smells great and looks good, even though it is quite old. And, it dries so quickly. Aaron does a great job. He is professional and efficient. The whole process is quick and smooth.

They did an excellent job. I would have given a 10 but the cost was a bit high. Second....the carpet stayed moist longer than expected. Thursday to Saturday to fully dry.

We had some pretty major pet urine odor and found out our padding was very saturated. The tech that came to do the work was very helpful and informative. Carpet stayed pretty wet for longer than they anticipated, but the zerorez team was very quick to resolve and dropped off some fans to help.
