Scheduling is easy and the crews always show up on time. The finished product is better than the other steam cleaners I have used in the past. (I worked for Stanley Steamer many years ago for a summer)

For the most part our carpets looked very clean. And our carpets were very soft. However I believe that one of our steps was missed and there was a deep spot in my sons room that keeps coming back.

We were amazed that they were able to get our carpets so clean. There were a lot of stains and they were able to clean better than expected. No harsh smells or chemicals which was important since we have pets. The drying time was fast.

I have heard the ADs on the radio for quite awhile. It was my time to give them a try.
Aaron called shortly after my time window started. I had the areas vacuumed as requested
And he got right to work. In less than an hour he was done and I kid you not, the carpets
Looked like brand new. Like he said they should be dry in about 6 to 8 hours. By
The end of the night the furniture was all back in place.
I asked Aaron many questions and he had all the answers I was looking for.
Awesome job and we'll have him back in a few months for other areas.

It's quick. The people are friendly and dry time is shorter.

Our carpets looks fabulous! There were a couple of areas that were very stained and we have had cleaned previously to little avail. Zerorez got the spots out and the carpet looks 100% better!
We also had furniture and chairs cleaned. I was very impressed by the detail of the cleaning. The three fellows who spent all day at our agency were pleasant and hard working!
I would not hesitate for a moment to have Zerorez back to clean for us!
