With other companies there was always a sort of "sticky"feeling to the carpets but with your cleaning the carpets feel clean and there is no sticky feeling at all. the carpets seem to stay clean longer also. I've used Zerorez in the past and was very pleased with the end results. After having a flood event in a partial area of the basement on the recently cleaned carpet, I again contacted Zerorez. They were able to come out almost immediately and removed the water stains. The carpet looks brand new and there is no musty/basement smell. I am VERY pleased with Zerorez's customer service and product and would recommend them to anyone.

Cleaning technician communicated well regarding time of arrival, gave honest estimate of cost adjustment according to space needing to be clean. Technician gave good explanation of cleaning process and then gave post cleaning of what was really done. Technician had good people skills, easy to talk with.

i was pleasantly surprised on how the product worked. I liked the service man, Zak. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain, in detail, the procedures he was going to do.
As far as the products are concerned, I'm sure they are good, but I had a stubborn cat smell and had to have you come back and redo the pet treatment. I hope that the second treatment will work! I would recommend your company and in particular, Zak.

I like that Zerorez is not using chemicals or soaps on the carpet. The technician that came to our home was really friendly and went into detail when I asked questions about the process. He was really knowledgeable (just celebrated his three-year anniversary at Zerorez!) and even showed me a sample of the water after cleaning a few rooms. I appreciated the easy booking process available online and the multiple follow up e-mail reminders about our appointment. I also appreciated the special going on where we saved money by cleaning more rooms! Our carpet is now more fluffy and I feel good knowing we're starting fresh with germ-free, clean carpet.
