The technician was very friendly and accommodating. He came to the house right when he said he would. After the treatment was finished, I couldn't see any stains on the carpet at all (we had just moved in and there had been several dark gray stains on the off-white carpet) and there was obviously no chemical smell or residue afterward, which was great for us and our cat! I would definitely recommend Zerorez to friends & family!

We like the feel of our carpets after they are cleaned. With other companies there was always a sort of "sticky"feeling to the carpets but with your cleaning the carpets feel clean and there is no sticky feeling at all. the carpets seem to stay clean longer also. We have used you on two separate occasions and each time the technician was friendly, very helpful with moving furniture and did an excellent job. We will absolutely be return customers.
