my only question is: when I called, I told the lady on the phone that a co-worker had you guys clean out their dryer vent that goes from the dryer in the house to the outside. I asked to have that done and she said sure and quoted me a price. the technician told me your company does not do that. you only do the vents in the house (air ducts - furnace) so I was a little surprised about that.

I was very pleased with the tech and the service offered. The carpets look clean but in two spots the carpet buckled after the cleaning. I am waiting to see if the carpet returns to normal. I will call on Monday July 11 if it doesn't as it may need restretching.

The tech was very good at explaining the best process for cleaning our carpets. They look fabulous and feel like they are brand new. Not sticky or full of residue. This is our second time using zerorez and I won't use anyone else for my carpets.

Your service was professional in respecting my time, paying attention to detail, and at a cost was reasonable. The technician explained was the process entailed and answered any questions I had with clarity and friendliness. But most of all, after a week or so I mentioned that a few small spots seemed to reappear, so your manager immediately responded and had a technician come back to my home to assure everything was finished to my complete satisfaction. The true test of superior customer service is when there is even the slightest hiccup. Your company is excellent! Thank you.

The service was excellent. James came in introduced himself, gave me a run down on the procedure and products. He was very polite, professional and did a fantastic job. As far as the products go; I like that I don't feel the film on my carpets that I have when I've used other services.

I was a little disappointed in some stains that didn't come out. I had a very black spot in my bedroom. It can out beautifully but as carpet dried, the blackish marks around it came back. I could be wrong but I thought it was all a stain with black mark biggest part of stain. I also think I had unrealistic expectations. Am satisfied for the most part.
