The people and the results. Both times I have had Zerorez, the employees have been pleasant and professional. I had 6 carpeted rooms/stairs and 1 tiled room cleaned and they all turned out great--even though the carpet is pretty old and one room had a large spot which I thought would be a permanent stain.

Our carpet is at least 15 years old, we think closer to 20. Zerorez gets the stains out, keeps the carpet looking nicer longer and the dry time is only a few hours!

Newly purchased home, empty rooms - thanks for the "empty room" discount. Arrangements were straightforward and effective, with confirmation phone call the day before and a call from the serviceman when he was on his way. Service was on time, efficient and friendly. Before cleaning serviceman checked everything with black light to see if there were urine stains (previous resident had cats), fortunately no problem. He identified spots where previous cleanings had left residue. Carpets looked very good after cleaning. Serviceman took me around the job after he was done to point out areas that had been difficult to clean completely.. He explained optional treatments to me with no pressure to take them (I didn't). When he left we scored some additional booties to wear on our newly cleaned carpet! No residual odor, chemical or otherwise when the job was done, a big plus!

Two reasons. One, the customer service is incredible from the moment you make an appointment, to answering questions before the service is provided, right down to the actual technicians who show up at the door. Everyone is friendly, helpful and eager to make the experience a positive one. Two, the carpet cleaning is fantastic. The process is quick, there are no chemical smells left behind, and even old stained carpet can look new and revived again. I've used Zerorez twice now and would absolutely use them again in the future.
