I thought he did a great job. He concentrated on the area's that had pet stains (which all the stains came out) and was very meticulous cleaning the carpets. Very nice person.

The tech was so great, very professional and personable, went above and beyond meticulously cleaning our tile, on top of the carpets he did great at. I felt soo good about my floors when he walked out the door!!

I like the fact that there are no chemicals left over on my carpet! The dry time is excellent and my carpet is so soft and looks almost like new!
