I am continually impressed by the cleaning that is done. The carpets look great and they aren't wet like other companies; and they aren't stiff when they dry. We had a problem spot that they came back to 3 times to make sure that it was completely out. Branden and his crew were determined to do a great job and they did! We are so grateful and pleased with Zerorez Madison. I would recommend them to anyone!

The carpet cleaning that was done made the carpet look like new. We had used rug doctors and other companies before but never had the results we received from Zerorez.The drying time is twice as fast as normal and the time need to clean our are area was done in half the time. Definitely a great product and service for the price paid.

I appreciated that the stains on my couch were gone after they were cleaned. The stains in the bedroom carpet are better but still there, not sure how long they have been there.

I did a great job, you were able to get stars out that no place could get. I have 2 dogs and it was a mass and now it looks great. and you took your time, i felt that you cared about may house not just how fast you could get out. I did get the other services but I did not feel pushed to get them. from now on you are the only service I will have come to my house but I am telling ever one I know to use your services.
