Zerorez brings their own water rather than attaching a hose to your bathroom faucet. The carpet was not stiff after drying. The technician did excellent, thorough work and was extremely courteous. Prior to leaving, he got on his hands and knees to wipe up any water that had dripped on the wood floors.
