I appreciated your complete flexibility in rebooking my appointment last week when my condominium parking lot wasn't plowed out in time for my planned appointment. You could have been unconcerned, since it was my fault that the time didn't work. Instead, You were able to come 2 days later, still in time to do it before my New Year's Day brunch. Your staff are wonderful, relaxed, able to go with the flow once they got here. I wanted some specific things, like working around heavy furniture and area rugs, and that's what I got. Thank you.
