Rates available on the website was my favorite feature. I looked at several different carpet cleaning sites, and few of them had that. I do not consider using services that do not have rates readily available. I also liked the convenient online scheduling system. I made a reservation and an associate called to setup the more specific time, it was easy peasy. Of course the most important part was that the cleaning worked. The carpets look great! I have terrible, old flattened out berber carpets and the cleaning gave them new life. I have only good things to say about zerorez :)
Technician did a great job and had the stain inhibitor available for carper as well as vehicles and furniture.
I am pleased with how clean the carpet is. It had been cleaned by another service earlier this year with very poor results. The carpet was wetter than I expected but I turned on a fan & it was fully dry by the next morning. The young man who came was very efficient and did a great job.
