Samantha was very pleasant and accommodating while I was making my appointment, and understood that I needed quick service before I underwent knee surgery. She followed up with a reminder call the day before my appointment, and had my friendly technician James call when he was a half hour away. James explanation of the procedure was thorough and thoughtful. He performed the service quickly and completely, had me review the results, answered my questions and offered recommendations for the rest of the day. The carpet dried so quickly! And, considering it was installed in 1994, it looks and feels almost new. Really! I am so very pleased with Zerores, especially since we have been organic here for 30 years. No harsh chemicals were used, yet the carpet looks terrific!
