The prompt service once contacted, the help that was given to move larger items, the care taken by covering shoes, giving an estimate on site plus explaining the procedure and answering any questions one might have. Next, they go ahead with the cleaning and will apply scotch guard if it is wanted (for a small additional fee). Lots of hard work done well. Would definitely recommend Zerorez to others. We really like the idea of minimal soaps and chemicals, I had a couple of bad spots in my carpet and truly did not think they would be gone but they are. The gentleman told us that bad areas lwhich we had may come back after time it just depends on the type of carpet and the things we can't see under the carpet, we really appreciated him explaining p this and if it problem areas do come back I will understand and not feel like it was a
