i was extremely impressed with the guards that they put on the corners of the woodwork so not to scratch them with the hoses.
the service people were very friendly. i was also impressed when they showed me how dirty the water was in the hose as they were cleaning my carpet & furniture. they also showed me areas on my furniture that was cleaned and not cleaned yet. what a difference!!!!! i also liked that i was able to get an appt within a few days of my original inquiry phone call. workers were very prompt getting here at the appt time.

No smell!

I like the empowered water idea, especially with two small children, it feels better to me knowing there aren't soaps and chemicals on the carpets my kids play on. Zach, the technician was nothing short of spectacular. On time, cordial, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time and home, he is a model for all service professionals to strive toward. When the first cleaning didn't remove the stains as I'd hoped, Zerorez promptly came back out to re-clean the carpets, and spent considerable time making sure the service was to my standards. DO i wish it happened the first time, of course; but i was more than pleased that they came back out to make sure their work was done correctly.

I love that there are no harsh chemicals used in the cleaning process. The carpeting looked fanatatic and the house smelled great when the work was finished. This was a move in cleaning, and James worked very hard to get everything in top shape. He was very good at showing me where spots were imbedded and wouldn't clean up entirely. He also showed me where there had been prior pet issues so we could properly treat areas before bring the cat into the home. Great job!
