Because they use their own water in their van, they put a tarp over the door they are having the equipment coming through to help keep the house at the right temp and keep the flying bugs out. I thought this was great. The gentleman who was doing the work was very courtious, quiet and did a great job.

Very timely, friendly, and courteous.Since I don't have my carpet cleaned very often, I don't have much to compare to. Carpet looks clean. Took longer to dry than I had anticipated. Not any noticible odors.

The carpets were amazing. The hallway looked like a gray carpet but after he was done, it was actually a light brown...WOW!!! Tim was there when he said he would be, explained everything he was doing, even put up a door blocker as we had the air conditioning on. Very impressed with everything!!!

The end results! Process without chemicals. The service was great - Aaron cleaned my carpets. He wouldn't take a tip but he deserved one. I hope you compensate for wonderful service!

Friendly, excellent service. I received a call to remind me the day before and shortly before he arrived--very welcome. Did a very nice job and even cleaned some spots in a different area. Two spots didn't come out--one on the main carpet and another in the separate area--but not for trying. Would definitely use you again.
