Client Testimonials

Great service and representatives.

Professional service - quick great job!

Clean, dried fast, very detailed and friendly.

No Mess. No Fuss. In and out in 2 hours. Floor dried in 6 hours. Whole house for $300.

Two reasons. One, the customer service is incredible from the moment you make an appointment, to answering questions before the service is provided, right down to the actual technicians who show up at the door. Everyone is friendly, helpful and eager to make the experience a positive one. Two, the carpet cleaning is fantastic. The process is quick, there are no chemical smells left behind, and even old stained carpet can look new and revived again. I've used Zerorez twice now and would absolutely use them again in the future.

The fellow who cleaned our carpets was very friendly, he came on time, the carpet cleaning was great. I didn't think that all the stains would come out, but he worked them over so well. The carpet looks 100 percent better. Thank you Zerorez. Job well done

I like how fresh and clean my home felt, without any fragrance or film left on the carpet. Such a great addition to my regular Spring cleaning!

Awesome service. Very flexible. Great cleaning!!

Employees were very helpful

Ease of making appointment and quality work.

Fast, quality and professionalism.

I was able to schedule my appointment quickly and was given a call to let me know the precise time they would arrive the day of the cleaning!

I like the idea of empowered water. We are hopeful that not using shampoo will significantly increase the time it takes our carpets to re-soil.

On time... Very informative

Nice citrusy scent. Very professional and answered all questions. Cleaned up after himself and pleasantly surprised at how well the carpet turned out. The marks in front of the chair and couch were completely gone.

James the person who did my cleaning was very thorough and he was very professional. He did a great job. I appreciate the call ahead and voicemail regarding my due date and time frame. My carpet looks very good and I feel the pricing was good. I will recommend the service. Thank you.

I'm very satisfied with product and service. I had the best experience with Zerorez. I had three room, a hallway and stairs cleaned. Carpet looked great, and the technician was an absolute nice and very hard worker I enjoy to have in the house.

The carpets look great.

No chemical odors. No allergic reaction.

the service was great and the cleaning was very thorough!

The technician was here when they told me they would be and he did an excellent job with cleaning the carpets. I will definitely have them back a couple times a year to clean my carpets. Great job!

I appreciate the fact that you do not use harsh chemicals. The results are always fantastic.

Carpet cleaners are very courteous. They do a great job.

Great end result and super service!

Nick was very professional and did a great job.
I will have Zerorez back again sometime.

Safe product to use at home--cleans more thoroughly than any other service I've used. Reliable and friendly service every time!

James did an amazing job! Very polite and knowledgeable!

I am continually impressed by the cleaning that is done. The carpets look great and they aren't wet like other companies; and they aren't stiff when they dry. We had a problem spot that they came back to 3 times to make sure that it was completely out. Branden and his crew were determined to do a great job and they did! We are so grateful and pleased with Zerorez Madison. I would recommend them to anyone!

The carpet cleaning that was done made the carpet look like new. We had used rug doctors and other companies before but never had the results we received from Zerorez. The drying time is twice as fast as normal and the time need to clean our are area was done in half the time. Definitely a great product and service for the price paid.

I appreciated that the stains on my couch were gone after they were cleaned. The stains in the bedroom carpet are better but still there, not sure how long they have been there.
