The carpet looked awesome after being cleaned. The employee explained things very well & was very polite & professional. We will definitely do service again with Zerorez. We do not use any chemicals in or around our house or farm so it was very nice to have this service being offered.

I very much liked the young man who cleaned my carpets and couch, he was very forthcoming with information about pet stains and how to control them. My carpets look brand new and I'm most appreciative. I will recommend Zerorez to my friends and relatives. Thanks to my good friend Laurie Wagman who suggested I give you a try.

All my carpets looks great! And "James" who did the work was very prompt in coming. Had me look at everything once it was done and explained any problem areas. My carpets are due for replacement, but he made them look as good as they could be. He was very pleasant to work with. Thank you.
