This is the second time that we have had Zerorez into our home and each time the technicians have been informative and pleasant. They do a great job and are very professional. The only part of the experience that could be improved would be making the appointment. It took a while to connect with someone to make an appointment due to the calls always going to a answering service. I would rather sit on hold for 5 minutes that have to try to be near my phone for a call back. The online scheduling was a nice feature.

James was knowledgeable, explained what he was going to do and why, reviewed the cost with us and payment methods, discussed drying time for a rainy day, and did an overall nice job on the carpets and throw rugs. James called to fine-tune his estimated arrival time which was nice. We also liked getting the pre-cleaning e-mail reminding us to vacuum before the carpet cleaning.
Liked that the product is not chemical cleaners and that the drying time was reduced by using this new process.
