All my carpets looks great! And "James" who did the work was very prompt in coming. Had me look at everything once it was done and explained any problem areas. My carpets are due for replacement, but he made them look as good as they could be. He was very pleasant to work with. Thank you.

The young man who provided the service was very polite and answered all of my questions. Seemed to do a great job cleaning our carpets. We did have an issue with a few tiny red spots appearing about 2 days after the cleaning and fabric protection coating. Wondered what might have caused this and how do we get rid of the red spots??
