Scheduling was straight-forward and fast. The carpet technician arrived on time and was exceedingly polite and professional. He cleaned our carpets very well and they look much better than they did before. He was also very understanding of our silly cats traveling in and out of the house. At one point, I saw him gently scoop one of them up and put him back outside where he belongs. I will Zerorez again without hesitation.
