I really appreciated how your tech, Brandon, approached the job. He communicated well to explain what he was going to do and how things would work. In addition, he listened sincerely to one big concern that I had and he addressed it carefully and conscientiously. Specifically, our stairs to the basement are nicely finished wood (no carpeting) and I was a little concerned they could be marred while moving the duct-cleaning equipment up and down. It was obvious that Brandon took great care while moving the equipment. Thank you very much!!!
