When the Zerorez representative leaves my home, the carpets are just slightly damp and
in a few hours, most areas are dry. The carpets are clean, fresh smelling and look almost
new. The last representative was Merrick. He had a great personality and had given names to
each piece of equipment that he used. I thought personification of the equipment was a great
way to make small children less fearful of this noisy process.
The rep did a good job, he was very friendly & took special care of the area that needed.

My carpet looks great. There was a large area of vomit from the dog and it looks pretty good. The stain remover I applied instantly I think helped.
We have had Zerorez do both our home and condo. In both cases their technicians did an awesome job. Their nonchemical approach was excellent and their customer service was great. One issue was with the answering service they use when they are not available. The people seemed poorly trained and very slow at taking messages,
