I was so impressed with everything about this company! From scheduling to get my carpet cleaned the week before Thanksgiving, reasonable prices and most of all to Austin who cleaned our carpet. What a polite kind young man who worked very hard to get all the stain out of our carpets! I would highly recommend Zerorez and will definitely choose their services again!

The tech was on time- knew what he was doing and gone in less than 1.5 hours.

Aaron arrived on time, was professional, friendly and efficient. He was able to remove stains that earlier service people couldn't. He told me about additional services and made sure I got the best deals. The carpets looks great and the stains are gone. This is the third time I've used Zerorez and every time gets better.

The service man was on time, in fact early He checked to see if that was okay. He was polite, careful of things in my house and put on "booties." I do have a question about the plant water stain. It seems to still be there. I'm sure he treated it after our conversation. Was it going to stay or do we treat it again?
