The carpets are so clean and they dried fast. Our cleaner, Blaze, did an awesome job.
Carpets are visibly cleaner and there isn’t a chemical residue. The technicians have all been professional and friendly.
Very easy to schedule, good instructions and reminders. Merick was good about telling me as much as I wanted to know about the cleaning process. He took every precaution to avoid damaging walls. You could tell that he was very diligent about everything he did. He even made a special trip back later in the afternoon to deliver a bottle of stain remover we had discussed earlier.
The cleaning took away years of grime that had been ground into my carpets from shoes. The Zerorez process really exceeded my expectations. Hardly any smell right afterwards. I was told to check for any spots that might show up after things dried. But, every inch still looks great.
