Friendly on time and and answered all my questions. Was done in an hour and we had 3 rooms done. Even my ten year old carpet looks almost like new. I have cats so occasionally some issues arise.

I have 2 year old daughter who spill/throw lot of things on carpet but after having service through Zerorez (Aaron) we feel really relax as our carpet look really new & clean. Moreover they provide 30 days guarantee if something you don’t like or something again you or your kids spill they will come n clean without charge. Aaron was very professional and he came on time and completed his work in timely fashion. Very pleased with his work.

These guys are fast and do the most amazing job on carpets. They've made a 1989 carpet in my upstairs area look brand new again.

I like that there was absolutely no odor to the carpets/rugs after cleaning. They look great! Zerorez is very upfront about their pricing, and because the carpeted area we were having cleaned was small, they tacked on some rug cleaning at no extra charge. The technician was very nice and polite and knew what he was doing. He called as promised 15 minutes before coming over and came during the requested window of time.
