Fragrance free. However the very next day I vaccum Ed picked up a cup of dirt. And I only had my living and bedroom done. Somehow that doesn’t seem appropriate. Perhaps someone could give me a call about that.

The young man that came to do my couches was very polite. He made sure my pets were accounted for before he left due to the door. His attention to detail on my couches tough spots were amazing!!! I found it humorous that he was so surprised they came out and he stood with pride above his work. Great job buddy!!!

I was so happy that I was able to get an appointment on such short notice. I avoided cleaning my carpets for way too long due to the chemicals used by competing carpet cleaning companies. My youngest grandchild is starting to crawl and this was very important to me. The technician finished his other jobs early so he called to ask if he could come earlier. I was very pleased to hear that. Austin was very kind and efficient. He was all done and packed up before my original time window. There was no chemical smell when done. My carpets were dry by morning and they look great!

Tim did a fantastic job, was able to get out almost all the spots that needed attention. Some set-in red wine was trouble, not his fault. Tim was very courteous and professional, the second time he has been to my home to clean carpets. He really takes care to find solutions to the challenging areas and I would absolutely recommend Zerorez and Tim!
