Did not try to over cell services not needed. Did not try to force rebooking in fact when I asked him how often I could have him, I was surprised at his honesty with not trying to oversell. the air ducts are the cleanest they have been in years! The newer equipment takes care of buildup left behind by older cleaning methods. It is wonderful to walk through the house and not see dust AND to know I am breathing cleaner air.

Jasmine was very professional and friendly. We had carpets, an area rug, sofa and chairs done. We had some stains on some cushioned chairs that did not come out the first time, but they returned to do another cleaning and they came out great! We were not charged for the redo.
