The technician took the effort and time to fully clean an old filthy loveseat. It started out as a dark brown; but once he cleaned it the original light brown color could be seen! The carpets look as clean as new! The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. This is the second time I've hired Zerorez and both times I was very pleased with the thoroughness of the cleaning.

As promised, Valentino called before arriving, he answered every question, did a thorough job cleaning and celebrated how good the carpet looked when he'd finished.
