We are very pleased with the service we received. Our technician (James T) did a great job explaining what he was doing and was very concerned about doing a great job. He asked us to look at the work and wanted to make sure we were happy with how things looked. We have had Stanley Steemer previously at our home, but have not been happy with them at all. We will definitely be sticking with Zerorez in the future. Thanks for a job well done.

Considering the age of our carpet, we were impressed with how it looked when he finished the job. The technician was very knowledgeable and described why some stains didn't come out, such as coffee. He was also prompt and very courteous.
