He did a great job explaining things and told us that we could have something applied after the carpet was cleaned that would help protect and extend the life of the carpet, which was great. (Similar to Scotch-Guard) The carpets are clean and look great. Very pleased and definitely recommend!

About a half hour before my scheduled time I received a call from Aaron to confirm my appointment was on time. When they arrived they were very polite and told me everything they were going to do. Did a excellent job and my carpets turned out awesome. I love how easy everything went. I'm having them back the end of the month to do my whole basement. Thanks Arron and Sam.
