I have had good luck in previous times but this time I have a disappointment. I pointed our some discoloring next to the bed in the bedroom and in front of a recliner in the sun room. I thought he would be able to take care of it, that was the impression I got from him. It was very wet when he left, it took about 3 days for it to completely dry. I thought the discoloring would be gone, I have no idea what caused it, it only recently appeared about 4 or 5 months ago. Anyway it was not removed, I vacuumed it several times to see if it would be gone but it wasn't. Am disappointed, can anything be done about this? Thank you, Name removed

service tech was very professional and did a great job

Very professional work and service. Matt did a great job with the cleaning. I noticed a couple of places that looked like they needed more cleaning after he had already taken the equipment out of the house, and he brought it back in again and went over those places again. Everything looked great when he was done including some wool area rugs he cleaned. I will be using Zerorez again for more cleaning.

Everyone was polite and great to work with. We added items than what we originally signed up for and it was no problem. We would use again!

Zerorez does a professional job for the most part. I do wish they would remove more of the water as it takes several days for the carpets to dry. I also had to wait for several hours past my appointment schedule which I am sure, was probably unavoidable

The service provider was very efficient and explained prices and the steps involved in the cleaning.

I have had Zerorez 3-4 times and they do a great job every time. I am totally satisfied and happy with their prompt service.

The technician who came was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered my questions and explained about the level 1 and level 2 for pet urine stains. I like how harsh chemicals aren't used.

Pre-work, great communication. Finished product is far superior to "regular" water and deodorizer services.
