(I have a ranch style house), and basement area explaining the procedure he would be doing
cleaning the ducts before he setup to start the cleaning.

Brandon was courteous and thoughtful with removing the heat and return diffusers, and installing them in their proper place upon finishing. He answered any questions I had to
my satisfaction.

Upon completion he explained the procedure that was done on the ducts and the furnace,
and everything was back in order before he left, and done in the estimated time frame.
