The gentleman that arrived to service our carpets was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. He took the time to show me a black light before and after of a room and explained the treatment that was being applied to our carpet. I was highly satisfied with my experience.

What a nice service. Zerorez was able to come at the time I needed, and they showed up right on time with a call 20 minutes before to let me know they were on the way. The rep was polite, friendly and efficient. My carpets look wonderful. And even more importantly, they smell wonderful...If you have pets, they work wonders to keep the home fresh. Will call them every time I am in the need of a refresh.
