I like that there are no chemical residues left over after cleaning. My technician was friendly and very efficient. He explained the limitations of what a cleaning will do on 23 year old carpet so that I knew it wasn't going to look brand new. I'm completely satisfied with results. My house smells so much better.

We are a childcare center and we were looking for a carpet cleaning service that did not use harsh chemicals. We had had several recommendations to try Zerorez and we called for an estimate. We didn't have to wait long and we followed up by booking the service. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. The cleaning technician was prompt and very thorough.

The technician was prompt, friendly and professional. My carpets look like new. All stains were removed. Drying time did take quite a bit longer than the technician said it would. He did not try to pressure me into purchasing any other services. In fact, I asked him about a protective treatment and decided it would be advisable for my carpets.
