We have always had excellent technicians and excellent results. I was surprised, however, at how damp (wet) the carpet was. I don't remember the carpets being this damp any other time we had Zerorez out. We had windows open and fans blowing, and after 6 hours, I still did not feel comfortable moving furniture back (especially any with metal stands or feet). The next morning, I turned on the heat and set it pretty high, and left the fans blowing. After we got back from Church, the carpet felt the way I would have expected the previous night. Thanks.

Service was wonderful. We asked that our "technician" arrive as early as possible and he did just that. The carpet looks great and the "foot traffic" stains are gone. Very satisfied ineed!
