A church foyer carpet with alot of grime and dirt spots (one from a mop bucket spill) was discussed to be replaced by the board and I was told to look into it. Our service technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and had great attention to detail. I really appreaciated the care he took around doorways, furniture, etc. He was also very prompt to our scheduled time, and gave an accurate timeframe for completion of our cleaning.
