One thing to know. Your techs say it takes 4-5 hours to dry. We find it takes 2-3 days. We are just able to put the furniture back now.

They were here ahead of time and they were very professional.

The carpet cleaning was outstanding - areas of high traffic look like brand new. Any spots that looked stained before are no longer noticeable.

Zerorez always does an excellent job. I have been using them for my home and my apartments for more than 5 years. Over and over they have saved carpet in my rental units that looked like it needed to be replaced. They are always on time and the price is always good.

Please with the way the carpet came out. Your tech's are very well informed and answered our questions. Had a couple glitch's, but they were taken care of and noted by the tech. One difficulty, Truck was parked in front of our house and when hot water hose was laid on the lawn it caused a burning of the sod. Tech's need to be aware of this.

I have to tell you, Alan Valentino was my carpet service techician (correct terminology?), but I have to tell you, this young gentleman did an outstanding & job.

He was polite, courteous well informed and to me, on time!!! Thank you. I just cannot say enough good things about him. He has represented Zerorez very well. He definitely deserves a bonus or a raise or a extra day off with pay.

Excellent service technician. On time, did a nice job, answered questions. The scheduling person we spoke with to set up the appointment was professional, polite, and very informative. We would recommended zeroez to others.

Austin did a great job and I'm very happy with my carpet cleaning. He took time to walk the area with me and we discussed spots that needed extra attention and then we did it again after cleaning. He was prompt and courteous. I got a call 45 minutes before arrival so I had time to get home from work and prepare. He moved a few pieces of furniture that we were not able to remove from the room prior to cleaning and put them on syrofoam blocks after cleaning underneath. Overall, a very thorough and professional experience - thank you!

We had our dryer vent cleaned. We were told we had 30 days to see how it was working and you would come out again free of charge if we had issues. After the initial cleaning, our dryer was still reporting lint blockage in the line. We cleaned it at the exhaust a few times, but it continued to register. One of the managers came out and did an additional cleaning, both from the start and end of the line. He mentioned that we have a curve in the pipe, which makes it tougher to clean out. After both visits, it appears like everything is working.
