Buy a bike from Zane's and get free tune-ups for the life of the bike. NOBODY does that but Zane's. The biggest bike store around with great inventory. Shop Zane's for sure.

Great Customer service and wonderful knowledge from your team! I've bought all my bikes from Gateway and have never had bad service. Sales staff helped explain the differences in the bikes I might be interested in. Responsive to what I wanted. And when I came in to order the bike - Cody offered to drop the bike off when it was ready - that really helped us out, as we do not have a bike rack yet.
The staff are technically competent, answer the questions I have, and have always resolved my issue.

Service was brilliant, Travis answered all of my initial questions with speed and directness, and even offered options for me. When I picked up my bike, all of the staff were extremely helpful, from finding the bike to fitting accessories! Will definitely be back in future!
