Your bicycle mechanics are excellent. I came in during the afternoon on 5/22, because my rear derailleur cable snapped in high gear while I was returning from a 32 mile ride in the Los Altos Hills. (The bike, a red Canyon Endurace CF, has about 7000 miles on it, it was time). I opted for a full tune-up as the chain, chain ring, and cassette were also quite worn. One of the mechanics took the time to graciously answer my questions concerning further maintenance (when to bleed the brakes, checking integrity of the carbon fiber, etc). I also had some helpful conversations with one of the other mechanics concerning riding posture. The bike was ready on 5/23. I am looking forward to another ride in the hills shortly - all of my best to your service team!

Then when I went into the store to pick up my bike even though the store was busy I was helped right away and he helped me adjust my seat. This was my first time purchasing a bike and the process was easy and a great experience.

Mike was great to deal with. In fact, all the staff in the shop was pleasant to talk to. They helped and suggested various options that helped us finding the perfect bicycles for our kids. In addition, during our time there I was never feel pressured to make purchase. The shop was clean and made me feel that we were talking to neighbours. There are also lot of choices for each age group. Will definitely be coming back for any bicycle needs in the future.

The bike arrived from Wisconsin to Kalispell in 4 days, which was perfect as the bike was ready for pickup during my stay in the Flathead Valley.

I was very suprised on how big the place it and they have alot of inventory. Everyone was super nice abd and didn't push you.
Every single staff member was very helpful and friendly. I got help and advice from multiple people outside durlng the tent sale and when I traded in two bikes I feel I got very fair value and the staff was extremely professional. I'm only going to Wheel and Sprocket for my bicycle needs going forward!

All of the mechanics seem competent and honest. The location is very convenient for me. The service is generally pretty fast, and when it isn't, I have been warned ahead of time.
