They recently collaborated to resolve a particularly complex issue that initially appeared unsolvable, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, and persistence. Their approach reflected not just technical expertise, but a clear sense of ownership and accountability. It’s evident they take genuine pride in their work and are committed to delivering quality outcomes.
They fix and service bikes very well. They are timely and professional. They do not recommend unnecessary service but do what is needed for great bike maintenance. They explain how equipment works ( for example- bike racks) and demonstrate as needed.

I know nothing about bikes, riding again for the first time in over a decade. I got answers to every question, never once felt silly for asking. Everyone was so kind and patient. I felt my bike tune up went above and beyond, pointing out things I didn't even notice. I like the variety of products, the fun colors and styles.

Your mechanics went above and beyond to deal with a factory mistake that caused the break fluid to leak out and corrode the whole front break area including the e assist button. Warranteed the whole thing AND gave me the exact bike as a loaner while mine was being fixed!!! Top notch service!!
