Very clean, beautiful rooms. The rooms and products are all very clean. You definitely sweat. It felt good and was very relaxing. The TV options were great.

This was a brand new concept for me and therefore my 1st time attending something like this. This was a suggestion by my doctor for health reasons. I came out so refreshed and hopefully will see a dramatic improvement in my health journey over the next few months.

Inner Me has a variety of classes and excellent teachers. I love the continuity of instructors. They cultivate a really supportive, empowering culture. They are very accommodating to changes (cancellations, etc.) and they in general treat their members well!
The gal at the desk was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the solitude of the red light therapy.

The staff are super friendly and always make me feel welcome. The instructors have their own style to their teaching, and each one brings something special to their classes. The atmosphere in the studio is calm and inviting. Always love when I get to spend some time at the Kensington studio. I haven't been to the Mission studio. Thanks!
I absolutely love this place! The infrared sauna experience is amazing, but what truly makes it stand out is the staff. Everyone is so welcoming, friendly, and always smiling—it genuinely makes you feel good being there. Honestly, the team is the main reason I decided to become a member.
I also really appreciate having a private room where you can fully unwind and relax. Everything is super clean, the atmosphere is calming, and the overall experience is just… wow. Highly recommend!

The ease of access to a sauna without the cost or maintenance or semi-permanence of owning one.
Friendly, engaging staff. All the trainers learn all the clients' name and greet you when you arrive and thank you when you leave. They are knowledgable and explain the reasons why they have you do exercises in a specific way. They encourage you to work your hardest to get maximum benefit. The workouts are efficient and I can see and feel the results.
Friendly staff, clean and very helpful. Great addition to my overall health routine. Must try it out!!
