The classes are genuinely challenging and push you to work hard. You can clearly feel the results afterwards, especially in how your muscles are engaged. The instructors are very professional, attentive, and supportive. They correct your form when needed and motivate you to give your best in every session.
Coming to your class is like entering a haven. My soul rests and replenishes while my body works hard, and I feel the benefits for days afterwards. I love the way everyone is made feel welcome, it's so precious. Thank you 🙏

How PERFECTLY clean everything is, love how relaxing the cold shower/shower is among the eucalyptus cold towel, it’s my fave!

I love the variance of different classes and teacher types. Very welcoming calm space and design as well. The tea and change room amenities are a plus!!
Quality of the work and the people.
I'm a new member and have so far really enjoyed my two sessions. I appreciate that everything is very clean, the private rooms with showers, the cold, wonderful smelling towels and the staff have been so welcoming and helpful, espc the young lady Rain. I truly appreciate her positive attitude in helping me acclimate.
Great instructors, good class times (although preferred the 7am Wednesday morning class) lovely studio.
