The one on one training
The studio is comfortable and accessible. I like that it isn’t a large, sprawling space. The programming options are excellent, and the instructors are lovely, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Coach Lin has been extremely helpful- really enjoyed training with him and learning from him.

I love the special that is unlimited for 2 weeks to newcomers along with a punch card that gives you a discount for your first package purchase. This promotional encouraged me to try multiple different classes with different instructors which led me to finding my favorite ones! The instructors are approachable and kind. You can tell that they enjoy being there and sharing something they love.
