Lovely and professional instructors, aesthetically pleasing studios, and better availability when booking classes online. I remember a time when I had to secure a spot at least two weeks in advance. Although my lates class with Julia was more challenging and overall one of the best reformer classes I’ve been to, I would still prefer to see a bit more advanced/intermediate classes.

The classes are challenging even after a year of taking them consistently. The instructors are friendly and keep the class moving at a great pace. The workouts are always changing and never get boring.

Personalized training plans, knowledgeable staff, and extremely efficient workouts. The trainers are always looking for ways to improve my experience and are readily able to adapt to any changes in my condition to make sure I get the best workout I can get every time I walk through the door.

The class was great for all levels and wasn’t too intense or too underwhelming. I also appreciated that it wasn’t overly crowded. However, it was my first time back in maybe a year, so having someone show me back around would have been nice.
