Love that when I arrive, my room is at the temperature I set it too, lights are already set, cold towel is ready and I can walk right in to my session. It is peaceful, relaxing and a clean location. It is one of my favorite parts of my day.

I absolutely love Perspire on Madison in Chicago! It’s starts the moment I walk through the door and am greeted by Travis or Robert. Their warmth and genuine hospitality brings a smile to my face. My room is always set to the temperature I’ve requested and it’s like stepping into my own personal spa. But it’s the afterglow that I highlight. I leave feeling cared for…like I’ve taken the time to love on myself. Yeah, I deserve Perspire. Unselfishly, I always say as I’m walking back to my car: “if only the world knew how good this place makes you feel…”

Great instructors! Many of them offer multiple class on multiple days. It makes easier to pick a class that works with my schedule. Spacious rooms and friendly staff!

The pretty lady at the front told me everything about the place as i had never been. she took me back to the room and showed me what everything did in the sauna. i enjoyed my time relaxing and watching a youtube video in the heat.
I really liked all the towels that were in the room and the wet cold one smelled funny but felt good.

The service was great and very relaxing. My toes look great! She did a very nice job. There was little said to me during the service which felt slightly awkward but maybe she was trying to provide a quiet experience.

I love everything about the yoga studio and have been going there for many years. Lately I appreciate the option of having the sound therapy as well as the 8 AM option on Sundays for therapeutic yoga.
