I so appreciate all of my workouts. The staff is engaging, fun to work with and challenge me each time I am in the studio.

I'm grateful for the trainers who are fantastic -- knowledgeable, professional and so personal. I enjoy the opportunity to be trained and learn so much about strength training in the process. I have, and will continue to recommend you to others.

Clean facilities.

Literally everything. I can't shut up about DF to friends. The teachers obviously have a passion for what they do and they help you get to where you want to be. The customer service is amazing. I'd say the number one thing that DF does is make people feel good. I was mortified of dancing. I decided to try a class. The teachers are the most positive people I've ever met and they constantly boost your confidence. I've never left a class without being excited to come back for the next class. The class offering and the levels are also exactly right. I do an intro class then level 1 then watch a level 2 and it's exactly what I would expect to step my way up. My only negative feedback is the website. It needs work. Outside of that, everything couldn't be more perfect (and AC in the 2nd dance room would be nice lol).

So I've been really enjoying my classes with ern in motion, David forteau and Brianne griffin.
Ern in motions class has really been a break through experience. From not even being able to get the choreography down to almost getting there has been really uplifting. I love that she holds a place for us to find our intentions and really let's us find spirituality before we start dancing. It feels healing. Her whole class healing.
David forteaus class has been really great. He really helps you figure out how to bounce and get comfortable with steps without judgement or rushing us through each process. I really like how he leaves me feeling that even though I'm a beginner I still have the ability to become better with his fundamentals and im always going to be grateful for him and his lessons.

Brianne class my goodness what a gem. Her heels technique class is not for the weak. Her warm up portion really engages the core and calves and its so good. Her class is so beautiful. She really puts everything she's teaching us into so much positivity and inclusion like I always felt like she made it priority to connect with us one on one during certain steps that we each practiced as a class and it was such an experience that I'll never forget.

Overall I didn't know I'd fall in love with this dance center. I come from Mississauga just to dance here. Even on Tuesdays after work I mission out just to get to learn from Ern. I don't have anything negative to say for this place. I do hope a Mississauga location opens up but until then this place will be my spot to dance again.

The employees are very friendly and attentive. The manager, Faith is professional, friendly and the rooms are very clean. It’s a very comfortable and relaxing environment. Highly recommend.

There are many classes and options to choose from. The front desk staff is easy to work with when it comes to switching classes, rescheduling etc. My little one enjoys her time there for gymnastics and piano lessons.

A Valley of Vitality Wellness Studio is amazing! Then entire visit was relaxing and calming, the massage with Debra was exactly what I needed after a very exhausting week at fair. She was great and focused on all of my sore spots, she was the perfect pressure and I highly recommend her for future services! A BIG thank you to Debra and Valley of Vitality for a great experience.

Its a nice atmosphere, a room to yourself with speakers inside the sauna for the tv was neat. Everything was clean, i tired this out not knowing what to expect and i was very happy to visit. Definilty coming back again!

Instructors, fun and challenging choreo, tonnes of class offerings.

I will say that Jennifer, who was the reformer introduction instructor on Sunday was phenomenal. She had great energy, great delivery, very knowledgeable, was able to explain everything in a clear and precise and understandable way. Had great energy and was very supportive it was my first class. I raved about it pretty much all week so far and I’m excited to come back again and would definitely recommend the beginner course to anybody who’s interested in starting reformer Pilates
