Services were great. My only comment is I asked for some samples and the girls at the front desk said they had none. In the past I have gotten samples and wish it was standard to offer them. I spent over 400.00$ it would have been a treat to get a little something when I asked

The staff at Perspire Sauna are so warm and welcoming — they make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. Having your own private sauna suite is incredibly tranquil and relaxing. The red light therapy left me feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated.
I also loved the snow shower — such a unique twist on the typical cold plunge experience! And the large TV in each individual room is an awesome touch, making the session feel even more personal and enjoyable.
Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind, recharge, and treat themselves to a little wellness time.
