I've tried cryotherapy twice and it was a wonderful and exhilarating experience. I've recently tried their float tank, which I have been wanting to try for years! it was the perfect escape from the external noise, but also just a soothing and relaxing experience for my body. I felt the salt working its magic on my injuries. 11/10 for this Spa!! I am definitely going to go back and try their fitness pod, and the hair and scalp therapy. So many good services in just one place. How can you not love it?

The yoga teachers are great!! Many classes per day, with a diverse option of classes. I like the heat!
I love the variety of classes and the variety of teaching styles. Most of all, I love the relaxed, “come as you are” vibe of the studio. It truly is a place where you can take whatever you need that day from each class, whether it’s a new physical challenge, simple movement with breath, or just a time to be.
It’s so relaxing while also feeling luxurious, all for a reasonable price.

Great sauna experience, appreciated the flexibility of the staff when I got caught in traffic and was 15 minutes late.
Really appreciate the full suite/shower/cold plunge options, the suite space itself was plenty large enough, and just an overall great experience. A+!

Clean, pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. Lily gave me one of rhe best massages I’ve ever had and it was affordable! I hope the service practitioners are getting paid decently. 🙏
