Trainers listen to you and adapt the workout cards to how you are feeling at the time. I needed some more work to train for a 1/2 marathon walk and Zach was right on top of it! He also is nursing me through some tendinitis in the shoulder! Really value his expertise!
I was a walk-in just to get some information and Kelsey gave me a tour and explain the packet and gave me the brochure. She was very polite and told me thanks for coming in so I signed up for the 20 dollar first visit. Saturday I was greeted by Erika who was just as nice very helpful and explained everything so I’ll be seeing you next Saturday. You guys are great.

The reception staff was exceptionally friendly, courteous and great with informing of the facility, amenity provided and the service packages available (in informative, but not in pushy way). The facility was spotlessly clean (yes, it looks very new) and quiet. I really enjoyed my introductory visit there and went ahead and bought their package as a result.
Cleanliness. Friendliness. No pressure membership options. And, Londyn. Such a wonderful experience my wife and I both signed up with her after a stress free first time visit pass.
